Experience is Everything
We’ve been developing and refining our “user experience models” since we set out to create our first website over 20 years ago. Calling us obsessed with creating a good user experience would be an understatement, and every day we see sites run by companies with multi-billion-dollar market caps and we are astounded by how many of them lack an intuitive user experience.
Whether it’s over using icons that mean nothing to the average user (only to the developers that built it) or utilizing reset buttons on a lengthy form (and putting them right beside the submit button) we’ve seen it all. And we continue to see it every day. A good user experience is often just common sense; but you know what they say about common sense... it’s not so common.
