DAN CUMMINS

CEO

Dan has been developing online initiatives since 1999. As an entrepreneur and Internet strategist, Dan has pioneered a variety of Internet applications and methodologies that have been utilized by hundreds of organizations across the globe. For the past 15 years, Dan has been the CEO of Atomic Motion where he’s fostered the company’s growth into a leading-edge new media company with a client list that includes some of the largest and most respected organizations in North America.

Prior to Atomic Motion, Dan started his first Internet company which he took public on the TSXV in 2000. As CEO, Dan spent two years growing the company which specialized in the development of Online Communities. Prior to this, Dan spent two years working with Southam (Canada’s largest newspaper publisher) where he helped launch their local portal initiatives.

Dan is a graduate from the University of Ottawa with a degree in Communications.

GORAN MRAOVIC

Partner / Art Director

Goran is an award-winning designer and digital art director specializing in user experience (UX), user interface (UI), and interaction design. Goran has been crafting unique digital experiences for global companies and startups for the past 14+ years.

As one of the leading designers in Canada, Goran has been recognized with multiple awards from Canadian and International organizations including the internationally recognized Norman Neilson award for best UI. His work has been featured in Applied Arts, awwwards and Adobe, showcasing the diverse skillset across both print and digital media. Goran played a major role in numerous projects that involved corporate re-branding strategies and the engineering of complex UX+UI solutions for a variety of multi-national high-profile organizations such as NASA, Google, UL, NAV CANADA, Aireon, and Canadian Blood Services among many others.

Goran is a top graduate from the Intensive Graphic Design Program at Algonquin College in Ottawa.

ERIC MOLLER

CTO

Eric has been working in the field of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence since 2015. With a passion for training neural networks, Eric’s core responsibility as CTO of Atomic Motion is to oversee the development of its core product – Rufus™.

Prior to Atomic Motion, Eric worked for a New York-based consulting firm where he managed complex projects around the world and launched multiple initiatives in workflow automation. Eric played a pivotal role in organizing and executing worldwide training rollouts for companies such as SAP, Microsoft, and Autodesk, to name a few.

Eric graduated from the University of British Columbia with a degree in Engineering Physics and was a recipient of multiple scholarships and awards throughout his academic career.

ALEXANDRE GRENIER

Chief Engineer

Alexandre has been coding since 2011. He quickly grew into the lead developer role at Atomic Motion and uses his knowledge and expertise in full-stack development to quickly build out Atomic Motion’s platform and products.

Alexandre has helped Atomic Motion bring some of the most cutting edge designs and experiences to life. With a passion for the web, he’s always looking to tackle new challenges and help make the web a better place for everyone.

Alexandre studied Political Science at the University of Ottawa, before moving to Computer Engineering.

DANNY CHARRON

Senior Developer

Danny Charron is a 14 + years experienced front-end developer, he joined the talented team of Atomic Motion in 2012. Highly skilled and detail-oriented in end-to-end development delivering elegant, user-friendly, and fully-functional digital products since then.

Having previously worked as a freelance web consultant specializing in small business/e-commerce web solutions. Danny is now developing effectively various projects at Atomic Motion including eCommerce platforms, Wordpress, Drupal, and fully-functional websites achieving breakthrough efficiency and driving client satisfaction.

Danny graduated from the Web Development program at the Collège Boréal in Sudbury.

SHARIF VIRANI

Vice President, Marketing

As a creative entrepreneur and digital communications consultant for SMBs, Sharif brings over 10 years of experience in science advocacy, corporate relations, and youth education sectors in North American. While at Medialauch he has helped lead brand growth, strategy, and creative campaigns for numerous national projects related to hospitality, STEM, and public relations in Canada. In his current role at Medialaunch and Atomic Motion, partner, and VP of Marketing respectively, he has developed a capacity for evolving digital strategies aimed at achieving measurable results in the tri-sectoral implementation of targeted branded campaigns and social media strategies.

Prior to Medialaunch, Sharif was also the co-founder of CreativeMornings Ottawa, a monthly gathering with some of Ottawa’s top creative minds for the past 7 years and the founder of the Ottawa Food Truck Rally, funding three full scholarships covering the cost of tuition, fees, and equipment for Ottawa Community Housing tenants to attend the Algonquin College’s culinary arts program.

Sharif is a graduate of the University of Ottawa with an Honours Bachelor of Environmental Science specialization in Biodiversity and Conservation Biology.

AZAELLE ELLIOTT-BOUCHARD

Project Manager

Azaelle has worked in project management since 2014 and has leveraged her knowledge of project management best practices to achieve project success for all Atomic Motion clients, from kick-off to website launch.

Prior to Atomic Motion, Azaelle worked as a localization project manager and team lead at a multilingual translation agency and earned her Localization Project Management qualification from the Project Management Institute.

Azaelle is a graduate from the University of Ottawa with an Honours, Bachelor of Arts.

SARAHKATE GRIFFITHS

Marketing Manager

Viewing the world through an artistic lens, Sarah oversees the creative direction from campaign strategy to the execution of compelling marketing graphics and photography. With an extensive background in retail marketing and business management, Sarah brings a well-rounded understanding of how to take a creative idea and turn it into a profitable campaign that drives conversion and results. She’s always on the cutting-edge of the latest social media trends; bringing solutions-oriented strategy that’s always one step ahead.

Sarah holds a Fine Arts Diploma from the Ottawa School of Art and she is also a graduate from the Richard Robinson Design Academy.

FORRESTER DUNBROOK

Designer

Forrester has always been driven to explore new alternatives and technologies in the field of visual and physical design. He brings this passion and experience to every project he undertakes, giving him versatility when breathing life into ideas.

Forrester has been working as a freelance designer for the past 2 years working with small companies and start-ups helping them to develop cohesive brand narratives and identities. He is also an independent visual artist working in both traditional and digital mediums.

Forrester has a Bachelor of Humanities from Carleton University and is a graduate from the Intensive Graphic Design Program at Algonquin College in Ottawa.

JAMES RANKIN

Fulfillment & Delivery Expert

James is a successful serial entrepreneur and at the age of 16, he founded and subsequently sold his first company, RM Lawn Care. He then founded two e-commerce companies, North Brew Coffee – a fair trade coffee roaster and distributor – and Smiley Bars, Ottawa’s newest nutritious health bar company. As a result of James’ experience, he has become Atomic Motion’s resident fulfillment specialist. James thoroughly understands the intricacies beyond simply making the online sale and he will play an instrumental role in helping your company define its inventory and fulfillment mechanisms.

He has been featured as a guest speaker on various podcasts and has spoken at many schools and universities including Algonquin College, University of Ottawa, and the University of Toronto.
